Our Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days, typically same day but there is no guarantee. All orders require an 21+ signature upon delivery.
 
As of 8/18/2021 Earth Grown Wellness customer service and shipping team hours are 10-5 Monday through Friday. If you place an order friday after 5 you can expect your package to be processed first thing that following monday. The only exception to this would be if monday were a national holiday where the carriers do not deliver.
Cutoff times for priority express mail through USPS are 2pm EST time.
Cutoff times for FEDEX overnight shipping are 1pm EST time.
Cutoff times for UPS overnight shipping are 2pm EST time.
Cutoff for all other options is 4pm EST time.

  6. To qualify for included insurance, Priority Mail domestic shipments must have the applicable USPS tracking barcode. Insurance is not included for Priority Mail shipments sent using Priority Mail Open & Distribute, Premium Forwarding Service-Residential or Premium Forwarding Service-Commercial. For shipments valued at more than $50, additional insurance may be available for purchase. When additional insurance is purchased, it replaces the included insurance.
  7. If Saturday is a national holiday, Priority Mail Express service may be available for an added fee.
  8. Boxes and envelopes are delivered with your regular mail usually within 7 to 10 business days.

Our Return/Refund Policy

If you would like to return a product for exchange, replacement, or refund, please email our customer support at support@earthgrownwellness.com
We will not need any information from you in the email, the email is for tracking purposes only as well as where we will communicate with you in regards to any troubleshooting we may ask you to do on the product as well as your new tracking if we need to send out new product.
Going forward to return an item you will fill out an RMA form which well link below. Once this is filled out we will discuss your options.


Terms & Conditions: 
  • If utilizing an approved Prepaid Card, Earth Grown Wellness LLC will attempt to refund the payment method within the scope of our refund policy. Earth Grown Wellness LLC is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event that the cardholder no longer has possession of the Prepaid Card utilized in the transaction.
  • Any cosmetic damage from the Manufacturer must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You may return unopened and unused items for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • You may not return any opened or used products for hygienic reasons. Products are non-refundable once they have been opened or used.
  • We may charge a 15% restocking fee if the original product is not in brand new condition or the original packaging you are returning is defective.
  • When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • To return a product, you must pay for shipping.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error might occur, resulting in inaccurately updated information. Earth Grown Wellness reserves the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for any typographical errors.
